The VB10 creates a 10mm separation gap between the Colorbond roof and the vapour permeable membrane, preventing the transfer of dew point from the underside of the Colorbond roof to the underside of the roofing underlay or membrane.
The VB10 can be used to establish a 10mm ventilation and drainage cavity behind lightweight wall claddings.
